Dick and Jane In A Flash is divided into eight (8) sessions containing 8 to 12 words each. Each word is taught in the order that it appears in the Dick and Jane books, Storybook Treasury of Dick and Jane Friends and The World of Dick and Jane and Friends (available from Walmart and www.walmart.com) . The words within a session will be displayed in random order. The words will appear in a different place on the computer screen each time they are displayed, thus increasing the intensity of the input, as well as the child’s interest. After just a few short sessions of 2-5 minutes a piece, your child will be able to read 28 pages from the Dick and Jane books. Upon completion of Dick and Jane In A Flash, your child will have learned 75 sight words, most of which appear on the 200 most frequently used words list, as well as have read The World of Dick and Jane and The Storybook Treasury of Dick and Jane in their entirety.
